Judea Gift is dedicated to a high standard of customer service.
Our goal is to understand your needs as a retailer or organization and provide the service that makes it easy and convenient for you to assist your customers.  We pride ourselves on our variety and selection for holidays, everyday and religious judaica to support the values of the Jewish tradition.

 
   
  TERMS:  
  First time customers pay by credit card until credit approval is established. Net 30 days for approved accounts.  
   
  MINIMUMS:  
  Initial order PER SEASON must be $150.00 at wholesale. Reorders in season should be $50.00. Customer service is always number one. Any special orders please call Steven.  
   
  SHIPPING:  
  All orders shipped F.O.B. our warehouse usually U.P.S.  
   
  RETURNS:  
  Please call immediately if there are any defects or errors on our part. Returns are accepted within a period not to exceed 30 days from invoice date only for defects or errors.  All returns need an RMA number and approval. If you need special permission to return merchandise call Steven for authorization. A CUSTOMER SERVICE FORM will accompany each shipment to facilitate this process or to handle the possibility of a shortage claim.  
   
  PRICES:  
  Prices may change without notice. Seasonal changes may affect pricing.
